Meet Matthew & Allie

Matthew grew up on the western side of the state and Allie grew up on the eastern side. Somehow our paths met right in the heart of Pennsylvania at Penn State University. While working together in college we quickly realized agriculture was of the utmost importance to us and it is our goal to continue expanding each of our family farms. Since then the idea bloomed and we began Rocking K. First solely as a custom harvesting facility to now sharing our passion with you. We are passionate farmers and we believe that everyone should have the ability to know how your food gets to your plate. We are firm on the fact that an animal brings us a harvest and it is our responsibility to use each part of that harvest. This is where the tallow line initially was launched. Today we have a registered angus herd, and a combined crossbred herd. Follow along to see our day to day adventures!
